Our Story

The Village of Sinta
Where It All Began
Nestled in the heart of the eastern Mediterranean, Sinta village is a small but storied place where olive trees have long been part of daily life.
With its fertile soil, mild climate, and deep-rooted agricultural traditions, Sinta has quietly preserved a legacy of craftsmanship passed down through generations.

It is here, amid stone walls and sunlit groves, that our story takes root. Named after the very village that raised it, Sinta EVOO carries the essence of a land deeply connected to its soil, its history, and its craft.

The Land & Our Tradition
A legacy of precision, patience, and purpose
Our journey began on a family-owned estate established in the 1930s, located near Sinta village, in the Abukoca Valley. The land was first cultivated by Huseyin Galliga, a visionary farmer who believed in the harmony between humans and nature.

For three generations, the family has nurtured this soil using traditional, chemical-free and traditional methods used over centuries that respect nature’s rhythm and biodiversity. What started as a modest farming effort has grown into a legacy of precision, patience, and purpose.

From planting to pressing, every step is done by hand, with a deep commitment to quality over quantity. We grow a single variety of olive, harvested at optimal ripeness, and cold-press it within hours to preserve its flavour and nutritional integrity.

With complete traceability built into every batch, you can verify the journey from grove to bottle, a level of transparency that reflects the same care we invest in our land.

No shortcuts. No compromises. Just exceptional olive oil, crafted with purpose.

Our vision is to become a globally recognized brand that stands for excellence, authenticity, and distinction in the world of premium olive oil.
Our Mission
At Sinta, we are committed to producing olive oil of outstanding quality by combining heritage, innovation, and community values. Our mission is defined by four key principles:

2. Meeting the Highest Global Standards
Our practices are aligned with internationally recognized benchmarks such as ISO certification and, where relevant, organic compliance, ensuring excellence at every step.

3. Innovating with Traceability and Uniqueness
We invest in advanced systems like Full Monitoring & Traceability Platforms (FMP) to offer full transparency while developing a truly unique product through exclusive single-variety, single-estate production.

4. Leading by Example
We aim to serve as a role model in our region, not only through the quality of our product, but also through the integrity of our methods and our contribution to sustainable rural development.
